Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Waterloo House Surgery and our current Patient Participation Group are keen to recruit new members to join our PPG!

We are interested in hearing from all patients who would like to provide positive and constructive input to the services we currently provide.

PPGs are groups of active volunteer patients working in partnership with practice staff and GPs, helping to foster positive communication between patients and the practice to give patients a say in health care.

All applications are welcome and we are extremely interested in having a mix of different age groups, genders and ethnical origins in our PPG. We aim to meet on a quarterly basis and the group consists of patients from the surgery and members of the practice staff.

At the meetings we discuss ways we can make a positive contribution to the services we currently offer our patients, keep you updated on changes that may affect the practice and give patients the opportunity to express a view on these.
